Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service you received on a project/service and would like to receive a refund, please send us your experience details and we will review your case. In your request, you must include the date of the project/service, the name of the freelancer, and the project price.

Note: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the end of the meeting. Once we receive this information, we will review your request. Please note that we reserve the right to refund your project in full or in part. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

If the job done by the freelancer is approved and accepted by the employee and paid to the freelancer, the escrow refund is not applicable. Employers have 48 hours to review the work done by freelancers and approve or disapprove. If there is any dispute or modification request, the employer has a 24-hour waiting period. Payments will be issued to freelancers 24 hours after project approval.

 No work completed-No disputes: When the project was assigned but the freelancer did not complete or started work, and both parties agreed to cancel the engagement without any dispute,  the funds are returned to the buyer.

 Partial work completed-No disputes: When the project is assigned and the freelancer does some work but cannot complete the project, and both parties agree to cancel the engagement without any dispute, both parties decide how the amount is shared between them.

No work completed-Disputes: When the project is assigned but the freelancer has not completed or started working, and therefore there are some disputes and work delays, both parties are required to resolve the issues or cancel the project within 2 working days. Once the project is canceled, the escrow amount will be refunded to the buyer/employer.

 Partial work completed-Disputes: This is true when the project is assigned and the freelancer does some work but cannot complete the project, and both parties have some differences. Both parties are required to follow the dispute resolution procedures described in the Dispute Policy. Appropriate refunds based on judgments or mutual agreement between the parties

Note: Please note that the applicable fee related to escrow will not be refunded in any case.
